First week of my holidays and Brett and I are spending a few days in Echuca. Just him and I and some gorgeous weather in a cabin right along the Murray. We picked a great spot, exactly as the picture on the website said. Only complaint perhaps is that we’re packed so tightly together. It doesn’t really matter, as Brett pointed out, we have old folks staying on either side and they’ll probably go to bed at early, and no loud music! Although…..they may consider us old folk too! So, after the manager very kindly and expertly helped up back the boat into its tight parking spot, we spent the rest of the afternoon sitting on our verandah enjoying watching the boats going up and down the river eating early dinner of cheese, dip and buisuits. I was contemplating how blessed I am to be here with Brett, I haven’t had to do much, just a bit of shopping, he’s organized it all and some perfect weather. 31 every day we’re here. I am very lucky to have him.
